show me your melons

lol!  well….. let’s just say ‘it’s a long story!’.  hahahahahaha!

Ok, here’s the wrap.  that’s my backside inside the hotel shower here in bangkok.  Guinness Book of World Records has a tv show called ‘GBWR gone wild’, (look it up on google) and they contacted me about a month ago, to set a world record for most watermelons smashed between the thighs in a 1 minute.  After a bit of going back and forth, we’ve worked it out, and I’m coming BACK home to Cali to film the record attempt the first week in July.  Thought it be best to do a few attempts since it’s been a while since my watermelon smashing days.

anyhow, getting ready to leave Bangkok tonight, arriving back home tomorrow morning.  It’s been great visiting, but I’m ready to come back and hit the mats, and hit the cross fit!  despite how dirty and grimy it is here, the people are so peaceful and grateful.  I’ll be pleased to get back home and be able to cross a street, without nearly having a heart attack lol.

Bummer news on my custom suit that got dropped off while we were out yesterday; The legs are TOO SMALL!  hahahahahaha!  Going to try and get that fixed before our 3.5 hour spa treatment (can you believe that only costs $100 for top quality treatment!!!!!!), then it’s off to the airport.

Stay tuned, and stay grateful.  The Thais can find a way to do it, cooking food from a cart in 90 degree weather-

    Wondering If I would pull my groin muscle trying to crush Melons? More Squats and Dead lifts first. Have a great week KO. Love the thighs and booty.

    Wow, that is quite a feat, going for the Guiness… Out of the blue, do you have any idea how many melons you’d be able to pop in 1 min? Squeezing full burst for a whole minute would certainly tire your thighs a bit, so it’s a factor to take into account… Anyway, waiting to see your name in the Book ^_^

    You should have done, and do the melon smashing in front of a large mirror, so viewers could see your face and facial expressions as you squished!

    On another note, I just noticed how small these watermelons look like when in between your thighs. You’ve definitely taken some muscle mass, here and there, Kortney!! :)
