If you’re like me, you LOVE healthy, fattening snacks. I really enjoy some 85% cocoa dark chocolate, as well as a hefty handful of ANY kind of nut. I also really, really enjoy banana chips. Have you ever bothered to see how much fat is in processed, store bought banana chips? A HEAP! why? Do they deep fry that sh*t?!
Well, I went ahead and dropped a whopping $50 on a food dehydrator, and made my own damn banana chips last night! It was EASY! I took 6 bananas, cut them up in thin slices, placed them on the racks of the dehydrator, turned the “on” switch on, then let them do their thing overnight for 12 hours. WA-LA!
Sure, mine aren’t as thick as the store bought ones, and mine aren’t as pretty and glossy as them neither. But, mine I know for FACT don’t have any preservatives in them, OR a shitload of fat! They are the perfect little snack for when I get a sweet tooth.. which is more often than not. As soon as I can get my hands on some Kale, I plan on making a whole boat load of kale chips as well. Stay tuned.

haha ko why not just eat the banana itself its delicious!!!
