Start with ten reps per set and try and get to twenty. DO 1 set a day for beginners, two for intermediates and three for more advanced. Five minutes a day is all it takes peeps!
Hi, Do you rest in between ab sets? I want my abs to stay flat and not bulge so I’ve been resting for like 5 sec in between sets… is that what you’d do?
hey James! you know, usually I don’t. it depends on what’s on my ipod to be honest. If I have some really good music on (especially something that I haven’t listened to a thousand times), I can just zone out to the music and go for 20 mins without stopping. it depends on if I’m doing some simple crunches, or doing some balancing core work with a bosu ball…. either way, what matters, regardless of rest, is that you are doing it. once you focus your energy on the positive, your momentum will continue to keep getting stronger and stronger. focus on the fact that your ass is doing something, and hold your head high. don’t worry about the rest time. rest if you need to. push yourself. x
