Ok… Low fat desserts…I know that I’ve been preaching about not eating ingredients you can’t pronounce, but this one is an exception (at least for me). When I’m craving something sweet (which is more often than not… I tend to be on the sweet side as opposed to the savoury … or ‘sultry’ as I mention in the video lol), mixing up this meal replacement sachet with some filtered water, is perfect!
It’s easy to add in frozen berries, or slivered almonds, and feel like you’ve had one helluva treat. you can even warm it up after mixing it. Also, the end result is easy to toss in the fridge and eat the rest at a later time, if you just want something sweet to bite on, and don’t feel like eating the whole lot.
Easy to make, easy to pack and eat anywhere, easy peasy!
Remember, the key to bulking up (or gaining muscle mass), is to be eating enough protein.
