I had to make a separate page for all those who hate sitting in anticipation. There is no schedule for updates to my site. In other words, there is no day associated with a certain subject. For example:
Monday: abs
Wednesday: fitness
Thursday: nutrition
Sunday: well-being/how-to
As much as I’d like to consider myself methodical and really good at planning and organizing virtually, I just can’t cop to it. Now stick me in a messy garage or bedroom, where I can get my hands on things, and physically touch stuff, then call me a master. I’m a very sporadic person, with a lot of stuff to share. I have friends and family with all sorts of different background levels of knowledge pertaining to the subjects I’m highlighting and sharing about.
I have loving parents in their late 50′s / early 60′s who have been asking me to do a lifestyle plan for them and their friends, I have those that are really overweight, those that are trying to quite smoking, those that are on the doorstep of suicide and can’t find away to stop drinking.. I have a lot of stuff to cover. It will come. This site is free. This site isn’t ran by an office full of people. It’s me, myself, and I. Oh, and one other very important person. Together, there is only so much we can do in the course of one day.
All I ask, is if you like this site, tell someone else about it! There is a ‘share’ button either through the facebook ‘like’ function, or the ‘email this link’ function at the top of every page. Spread the good word; The best things in life are free. Then, drop down and do 10 push-ups : )
