Kortney easily defeated me at arm-wrestling. She pinned both my left and right arms and then to rub it in, defeated both of my arms with just her right arm! Girls if you want to know how to defeat your boyfriends at arm-wrestling then Kortney is the one to check!
I would be really surprised if a woman could beat me at arm wrestling. Several have tried and it’s not even close. Even the ones who just whipped my butt in wrestling. I’ve been completely dominated by women on the mats and even put to sleep by a muscular pair of female arms (or in a reverse scissors)… but arm wrestling is not a woman’s forte… sorry.

My woman coworker beat me at arm wrestling with both arms. It is very frustrating for a man she gloats and shows me her muscles. She is too strong for me.
I only weigh 130 lbs and she weighs about 160 lbs. I don’t think it is fair. I can’t say no when she challenges or that is like being a sissy. But then she beats me in seconds. I wish I could win once.

I have to agree with Kortney, blokes love the thought of being challenged physically by a woman, being a big bloke its not easy to find a woman capable of offering up a real challenge arm wrestling, it has happened though where a good woman is hard to beat and on one occasion only I have been beat, not by a trained body builder just a naturally strong woman, a great experience So guys don’t expect to get beat all the time of often for that matter but show some respect and encourage a good fun encounter..
i have seen many armwrestling videos between men who do not go to a gym, and a female bodybuilder, every time the woman loses, there is no way a muscle woman can possibly beat a man at armwrestling, unless he lets her win
