gained but lost yet gained, wtf!

ya ya………. so I’m a tad bit (this is where I left off last night on my attempt to write my blog)

I was going to say ‘irritated’ last night, but then decided to stop writing and try again tomorrow (which is now, lol).  Decided to measure the bicep to see what was going on, since they look freaking twice the size, and are harder than ever.  Also, didn’t feel like looking up the conversion from cm to inches, even tho I’m sure it’s very, very easy to figure out.  listen here, math is NOT my forte’.  I still count on my fingers sometimes.  Probably because I keep telling myself I suck at math, I won’t find myself improving anytime soon by talking trash to myself.  Anyhow, I’m rushing this entry because I have to pee (every hour with all the water I drink), and I have a ton of shit to do before I head into town and get my leg workout on.  Actually looking forward to the pain.

also, I realized that my change in diet has left me a bit ‘off’.  I’m dragging ass a tiny bit, but know that it is only temporary while my brain adjusts to eating carbs coming from only starches and fruit.  Even tho I was only have a tiny ammount of sweetener before, taking it out completely has done wonders.

I know that when women (and men), are ‘off season’, they are typicaly 2inches on average, bigger than when competing.  Now I on the other hand, have no “off season”.  I was so fukin pissed last night, when we measured the biceps and they were the same size as before.  Reason being is because I ‘expected’ them to be bigger because of the way they look and feel.  A number is a number when it comes to body building.  doesn’t mean shit really, other than a means of guidance towards movement in the right direction.  a terms of ‘progress’.  it took literaly 20 mins for me to get over my frustration, and realize that I’ve gone from 75kilos to 69 in 3-3.5 weeks (for all of you back home in the US that’s 13.2lbs) so loosing a significant amount of weight, while keeping the same muscle size.  does that make sense?

anyway, I’m going to pee then get down on it.  I plan on having some video of me coming close to puking this afternoon during my workout so stay tuned.

As you know I’m Kortney with a k. I’ve learned most things in life @ a price. Some lessons were pretty cheap! Conversely, some lessons, well… not-so-much. Over all, I like to sum it all up as such; “I’ve done all the hard work, so you don’t have to!”.
