Chest workout; number one in form

Cathy Palyo is one of the pioneers in the world of women’s body building.  Anyone with a ‘Ms. Universe’ title has bragging rights all day long.  Up until I decided to compete for the first time in body building, I rarely worked my chest out.  Why?  Because I was afraid that I’d downgrade from an A-cup to a AA, or possibly even a junior training bra.  Catt put me together pretty quickly, just after our initial meeting shortly after I hired her to do the job.  We were to focus on three areas that I had been neglecting big time; back, shoulders, and (dun-dun-dun-dunnnnnnnnnnnn) C H E S T!  I was horrified.  For the next several weeks, I would wake up practically screaming in the middle of the night, due to my reoccurring nightmare.  The nightmare consisted of me being myself, looking utterly gorgeous (hair, makeup, high heel shoes that fit), and wearing a skin tight ‘come-f**k-me’ dress in either black or red.  Then, as I’d look in the mirror, BAM!  LOOKING BACK AT ME, WAS WELL….. ME!  BUT WITH A MANS CHEST!  Two big ol’ massive pec’s instead of small perky boobs.  Well, thank God that only lasted for a few weeks before I eventually got over my fear of turning planet of the apes.

Turns out, the muscle wall I started building underneath my TTC (tiny titty committee), actually made my girls look a tad bigger!  The best part, was that they even sat up a tad higher too!  Long of the short, the number one thing Catt taught me, was how to hold my chest when working it, in any type of motion.  I’m a very visual learner, so imaging I had meat-hooks in my chest, holding it upright through the entire movement, made a huge difference.  This is just the first of many more to come.

As you know I’m Kortney with a k. I’ve learned most things in life @ a price. Some lessons were pretty cheap! Conversely, some lessons, well… not-so-much. Over all, I like to sum it all up as such; “I’ve done all the hard work, so you don’t have to!”.
