    Who DOESN’T want a six pack?! I’m in the (long) process of losing weight and becoming so called ripped. But I’m just afraid that I won’t completely lose my “pouch” that I have had since having my 2 children C-section. Is it possible to lose ALL of my pouch? I have yet to see someone who has lost the entire pouch after being over weight and having c-sections.

    Cortney! cool name!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just stick with me on here, and I will help you as much as I can. email me and I can refer you to some extra places for more info. enjoy the journey, and I suggest getting a journal. on those days when your mad as hell cuz you feel like you gained weight back, write about it and get it out of your head. then, when it happens again the next month, you can put the pieces of the puzzle together and realize that it might be water retention, or that you’ve actually put on muscle mass, not “fat”….. as you probably know, muscle weighs more than fat. before competing in a show earlier this year, I went in to have a ‘bod pod’ done. had I just stepped on the scale without getting the bod pod test done, I would have jumped out the window. the scale said I had gained 6 pounds, but the bod pod showed my results in the ‘real’ light…. it was all muscle density! so stay off that DAMN SCALE! keep moving, it will get easier.
